If you want to indulge in a snickers or reese’s every now and then, I say go for it! Live your life! Swap out the Soda for these Fun, Healthy Drinks!

The biggest bad habit I had to break when I adopted a healthier lifestyle was my addiction to diet soda. I consumed a disgusting amount daily and had some in my hand whether it was 7am or 10pm. When we decided to try a Paleo lifestyle, I knew breaking my addiction was going to be difficult, but I went all in. I cut off all soda cold turkey, one week before we started our new lifestyle. I figured that this would give me a week to get accustomed to drinking water and tea, but still allowed me a juice or sports if I really needed something different.  I had a week to drink anything else I wanted... and I didn't take it.
