Low Carb Garlic Herb Shoestring Jicama Fries

The most popular post on my site on a consistent basis is the recipe for my Low Carb Seasoned Jicama Fries. They’re one of my favorites to make and are a hit with readers on here too, but have a bit of a kick to them with the spice blend I used. That bit of heaven though is almost always fried in bad oils, involves eating a sh*t ton of carbs and can just generally make me feel slightly greasy and gross. My solution to this has been making lower carb alternatives at home, that are just as crunchy and just as, if not more, flavorful.
